About the shop
We are vegan and cruelty-free. We make sure not to use any products coming from animals or that has been tested on animals.
We believe in working locally and most of our manufactured products are made in the UK.
✶ Our environmental pledge
We put a lot of care in the materials we use for our packaging. We only use 70% recycled plastic for our bubble wrap and clear bio-degradable and compostable bags made from vegetable starches (EN 13432) to protect our prints and paper replicas. All other packaging is cardboard or paper based.
Please don't forget to recycle!
✶ What is the Mist & Magic Mystery Box ?
It is a box filled with magical props and artifacts, goodies and stationery items from our Magical World.
This is not a subscription box (yet!). Each box is a special edition one-time box and must be purchased separately.
If you are fan of Harry Potter, magical replicas and would like to step into the world of wizards and witches, this box is definitely for you ! It has everything you need : from mugs and pins to prints and paper replicas, including real life props to make your home and every day life magical !
✶ What can I expect in the Mist & Magic Mystery Box ?
You will receive 8+ items in the Box. All our items are designed in-house, from the idea to the actual artwork. They are then carefully handcrafted by us or professionally manufactured and packaged with the utmost care.

Each box is a special edition one-time box and must be purchase separately from other items in the shop.

✶ Can I purchase past boxes ?
Sadly no, we dont redo past boxes. Once they are gone, they are gone!
✶ Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we ship from the United Kingdom to almost anywhere in the world.
Simply add your delivery adress at checkout and the delivery price to your exact location will appear.
✶ Shipping costs & Tracking
The shipping charges depend on the destination and weight of the parcel. They will appear during checkout, once you’ve added items to your cart and fill out your address.
We use national postal services (Royal Mail) to send our parcels. All our parcels are sent with a tracking link.
Shipping for UK orders is a flat rate of £4.50.
Shipping for European Union countries is a flat rate of £5.50.
All our Magical Boxes are tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Please do not worry if the tracking is not updated right away, it can sometimes take a few days to a week to see the first update.
✶ Processing time and delivery time
Orders will be processed and shipped in 5 to 7 business days.
We cannot guarantee delivery time of any of our packages. Most UK orders will arrive in 3 to 5 business days and European orders in 5 to 10 days, however this is not a guaranteed time frame. International orders will take longer to arrive, usually 1 to 3 weeks, but this is not a guaranteed delivery time either.
We are not responsible for any delay that might occur in the delivery but we want you to be happy with your order so if you have any concern, contact us and we will do our best to assist you !
COVID-19 : Due to the current situation, you should expect some delays with the delivery of your parcel, and the online tracking may lack some updates. If you have any question, don’t hesitate to contact us !
✶ Customs and import taxes
Please note that your order may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes. This is unfortunately out of our control and we are not responsible for any extra charges that may occur at customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
✶ Returns and Refunds ?
We do accept returns. Send us a message within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like a refund. You will have to send back your package and once we receive it, with all the items in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Please note that we won’t be able to refund you the whole amount if there are missing items.
If you have made a mistake while ordering and changed your mind, contact us right away ! If your order hasn’t be processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and refund you the shipping cost too.
If you are not sure if it has been shipped already or not, don’t hesitate to contact us anyway, we will be happy to assist you !
✶ My box is lost !
Don’t panic, we’ve got you. We send all our boxes tracked. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do to locate your parcel. If your package is truly lost, we’ll send you another box (if available) or refund you.
We are not responsible, however, if your package is not delivered because you filled in the wrong address, nor will we offer a refund or to resend a box to another address. Please make sure you fill in the correct address when ordering.
✶ Damaged items !
Contact us within 14 days after receiving your package to request an item replacement or if there is something wrong with your order, we’ll be happy to assist you ! If the damaged item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund on the individual item.
